First 4 Recruitment begins by receiving a fully qualified job opportunity. We take the time to understand our client’s needs and company culture, ensuring we have a comprehensive understanding of the role requirements and the environment in which the candidate will be working.
We create an enhanced digital unique marketing campaign to attract the best talent from the market. Following this we will speak with our fully qualified registered candidates, creating a shortlist for the position.
After shortlisting candidates, their profiles are sent to the client for review. We then receive feedback from the client, which is promptly communicated back to our candidates. This ensures transparency and keeps all parties informed throughout the recruitment process.
Successful applicants will have interviews arranged to accommodate both their schedules and the client’s availability. Prior to the interview, we ensure that all candidates and clients are fully prepared, providing necessary information and support to ensure a smooth and successful interview process.
Once the position is offered to our candidate, we assist with the full offer cycle, ensuring a seamless process that covers all necessary checks, paperwork, and any queries that may arise. This includes guiding the candidate through background checks, verifying references, and handling any necessary paperwork or legal documentation. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to starting the new role.
All candidates and clients receive continuous “check-ins” and support from us. We provide ongoing assistance with various needs, including timesheets, employment queries, and more. This proactive approach ensures that both candidates and clients receive the necessary support and guidance throughout their employment journey, helping to address any issues and maintain a positive working relationship.
We receive a fully qualified job opportunity, taking the time to understand our client’s needs and company culture.
Following this we will speak with our fully qualified registered candidates, creating a shortlist for the position.
