We are pleased to be recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant based within our Oldham office. Experience working within the industrial sector and recruiting high volume, would be preferred however training will be provided.
All the right tools, guidance and support will be provided as well as an excellent in house training program.
We are a smaller team which means working with us you will be apart of something and not just ‘a number’. We are looking for somebody who wants to grow within themselves and somebody who is proactive and can think on their feet.
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 (must be flexible)
- High volume recruiting for the industrial sector
- Screening candidates
- Building client relationships
- Navigating around an ATS
- Following strict compliance
- Building a strong LinkedIn profile
- Liaising with businesses
These are just some of the responsibilities within the role.
This really just does need someone with a big, likeable and warming personality.
